Target has an awesome promotion this week that allows you to get L'Oreal Hair Care products for as low as 34¢ after coupons and gift card!

First off, you'll need to get the Target Mobile coupon by texting LOREAL20 to 827438. The gift card allows you to get a $5 gift card when you purchase $20 or more of L'Oreal Products. When you do the deal, be sure to give the mobile coupon first. You can also find the coupon in this week's Target Ad.
